New York City EatS: La Nonna / EATALY

Hello,dolls! Hello, New York City!!

I am so grateful that we were able to go back to New York again. A and I thought we wouldn’t be able to make it because of our busy work schedule. I couldn’t be any happier that we were able to go and spend two days away from Baltimore again.

Beautiful New York City

We arrived in New York at noon.  Just in time for lunch but 15 minutes late for our Boulud Sud reservation. Since we parked in Chinatown, we decided to walk to Little Italy and find a restaurant we can try.

We passed by La Nonna and liked the menu. A will never pass up on authentic Italian food!

Loaded on carbs because a trip to New York means a LOT of walking.

A and I were very pleased with La Nonna’s food. Everything tasted fresh and authentic.


Empire State Building

A and I are all about food so our trips are planned around eating or going to food markets. Eataly is the best of both worlds so we made it our first offcial stop.

Eataly is owned by Mario Batali, Lidia Bastianich and Joe Bastianich so we knew we will just be wide-eyed throughout the time we were there.

Freshly baked bread everyday!! I can live here for real.

They had stations for EVERYTHING and it was glorious. Each item is the best quality that you could find. The display made me want to spend $1000 in store! lol

So glad that we went to that Culinary haven. A and I cannot wait to go back!

Eataly’s Gelato… the texture of their gelato is too amazing for words! It was so smooth and creamy. NOMNOMNOM!
