10.02.13: Of Hong Kong sunlight
Hello, dolls! ๐ Can you believe it’s already AUGUST?? OMG where did time go? July was too awesome it was so hard for me to see it go, though I know August is going to be as amazing (or even more). So this is the second part of our second day in Hong Kong (If you haven’t read it yet, click this!ย http://riannagalvez.com/2014/07/29/hong-kong-and-us/#more-8303ย ) We’ve decided to go here first after seeing it on our way back from our sumptuous dinner the night before. We had no idea about this beautiful place before until that night, so what are the odds of passing by 1881 Heritage and seeing its amazing facade on an unexpected night! I am so glad we had our eyes open during the entire trip ๐
So who wouldn’t want to go here? It’s very elegant looking and British inspired.
It was really hot that day but we ย still took every opportunity to take pictures together. This place was alluring at every angle.
The entire area was so clean and it made us feel like we were not in Hong Kong at all. No flashing Chinese signs and it wasn’t too crowded (at least when we went)
1881 Heritage has Royalty written all over it.
Cause every lady deserves to be a Tiffany girl! ๐
Felt extra girly while outside the Tiffany & Co. store.
We had no idea what to expect from this place. We did not do any research about it because we wanted to be spontaneous like that. haha
View from the top — in 3 angles.
The time ball tower.
Find me.
A taking a picture of me and the time ball tower.
As seen above, I also took a picture of him while doing so! #Crazies lol
Gerry:ย Look at this *referring to the tome ball.
Me:ย Take a picture of me here

First side to see this side of him. When we are in Baltimore it’s just all about food and work! haha
This reminded me of the big window in the movie “The Series of Unfortunate Events”
Is it just me?
…and off we go!
Crowded Tsim Tsa Tsui
Pretty flowers
Huge egg tart from the best egg tart bakery I’ve ever been!
Ferry ride going to Hong Kong Island
ย Next stop: Our adventure at Hong Kong Island to try amazing food ๐

OOTD:
I’ve decided to wear something comfortable and still look chic so I brought this perfect blue dress with me for our Hong Kong trip.
I love pairing blue with classy accessories like this black Chanel bag and shades from Rubi (which I lost on our last day btw!ughhh)
What made me fall in love with this is the back detail (you all know what a sucker I am for back dets!) and how it hugs my body.
I was 10 pounds heavier during our Hong Kong trip but this gave justice to my womanhood! hahaha
And to make this outfit even classier, I wore my favorite flats — Tory Burch!
