11.3.14: Ramen Season
Hello, dolls! Happy weekend 🙂 Aaah what a week!!! 2015 has proven to us that it is really one of our best years. It’s not December yet but we already received a lot of blessings from the Big Guy up there. All I can say over and over again is “Thank you, Lord” since Monday. So to give you a quick recap of why 2015 has been an amazing year… as you all know A and I got married this year, we both advanced our careers, we traveled a lot, we were able to be with both of our families at the same time, and now this…WE ARE GOING TO BE HOMEOWNERS SOON!!! <3 Aaaah! Thank you, Lord! Thank you,2015!
Today was a great Sunday. Breakfast with the family, church, a little shopping, Roger & Frances’ housewarming party, and delicious dinner with the family to celebrate how amazing this week has been. Weekends for A and I will be busy and different until we settle. I am not going to lie, as soon as we found out that our offer was accepted, I was already thinking of my “moving out game plan”.
Anyway, before I get caught up in the craziness of moving out of our apartment and moving in to our new home, let me share with you one of my favorite fall adventures last year.
An adventure is not complete without the perfect outfit 😉
We go hard during the cold season — and by that I mean, we eat ramen or pho every week. haha
Tenten Ramen is a neighborhood gem.
The friendly server behind the counter greeted us “Irashai!” as soon as we walked in.
Almost passed out when I saw “bubble tea” on the menu! YES
Oh hello there my dear friend….we meet again
totes
My jasmine bubble tea… oh yes!
My spicy miso ramen *okay now I am drooling*
This was soooo good…and huge! The miso broth was on point. Right balance of creaminess and spiciness..just the way I like it!
A’s shio ramen
His big bowl of happiness
Gwa Bao
AAAAH I’m in love!!! We’ve been to a couple of restaurants here in Baltimore that serve gwa bao but only a few of them hit the spot. I am so happy that the super foodie in me kicked in and ordered 2 of their best appetizers after eating half of my ramen HA
Guo Tie
Perfectly cooked..flavorful..deeeelish!
Ramen date <3
Bought a couple of these babies for my midnight snack and dermm were they good!
They also sell Asian snacks and condiments! I am so happy I was able to stock up my Asian candies at home 😉
