Happy 27th, A!

10.07.14: Happy Birthday, Love!

Hello, dolls! 🙂 Happy #ThrowbackThursday. One shift left and we will be on vacation mode…or should I say wedding mode! haha. It’s funny how I find it a bit sad that we are going to be away from Baltimore for more than a month, I mean isn’t that weird? I’ve always loved the thought that I get to be home every year. Being here for 3 years, I still managed to never miss a year in the Philippines, for some reason I get blessed with opportunities to come home. For 3 years, I have learned to love this place and call it my home. So I guess #SepAnx is slowly kicking in..

So before we leave for the Philippines, and start get extremely busy for the wedding, let me share with you how we celebrated A’s birthday last year.

DSC_0038A

A’s birthday fell on a beautiful Sunday. Unfortunately, he had to work all day, but was able to convince him to let him come in at noon so we can have brunch together.

Surprising each other is challenging for A and I. How do you surprise someone that you are with everyday? (more…)

Wedding Diaries: Bridal Registry I

10.2014: beep-beep-beep-bop…scanned!

Hello, dolls!!! 🙂 Happy Saturday!!! We just welcomed spring yesterday and aaah I am so happy. It was a snowy first day of spring but whatevs, I know my beloved warmer days are here. Only a month left until I say I do and gahd I don’t think I can hide my excitement anymore!!! Today is the last Satruday that I will be stressing about working a double (not that I am complaining). I am looking forward to my weekend with A next week! It’s been almost 8 months since we had a full weekend together with nothing to worry about. For all the important things that we have to deal with for our careers, needless to say 2 weeks before our flight to Manila, I think we really deserve a weekend with just the two of us.

DSC_0304A

Only one week left…and I can embrace freedooooom!

The past 2 weeks has been really challenging for A and I. I think I am now at the point where in I feel like I have exceeded my limit when it comes to decision making…like I do not know if I have something hiding inside my head that can help alleviate the situation. Aaaaah… grown up problems are hard! haha DSC_0318A

So now, let me share with you something that made me love being a bride-to-be more — the wedding registry! (more…)

(Hello,2015) Hello, March!

12.31.14: HAPPY NEW YEAAAAR!

Hello, sweets! Hello, MARCH! Whew! Just like that….and February is over. I asked myself today if I am happy about my accomplishments for the past month, if I have done enough, learned new things, and spent each day wisely. I did, I am so happy that I was able to make the most out of February. So I spent the first hour of my day laying in bed thinking about how exhausting my Saturday shift was. I literally can’t get myself out of bed this morning, it’s as if I ran a marathon last night.

Speaking of first day, for my first blog for the month, I will share with you how we welcomed the New Year (the first day of the year).

DSC_0923A

A and I had to work that day. But lucky for me, I was able to leave 2 hours early from work. I was stressed out about our food all day. We finalized the menu the day before New Year’s Eve.

Our menu is simple and “time friendly”. I only had an hour to spare for cooking.I wanted to be on full party mode once our guests arrive so yeah, for a last minute party menu, I must say that we had a decent NYE party food.

DSC_0903A

Cause what’s a party without dessert?

So I can’t not throw a party without baking something. I had to use whatever we had here. Lucky for me, I bought strawberries earlier that week. So I decided to make strawberry swirl cupcakes with strawberry and cream cheese frosting. (more…)

08.18.2014: Forever Young

Hello, sweets!! 🙂 Happy Monday <3 We  are now at the last stretch of February and ahh  I feel like I still have a lot of things to do, even though A already told me that I knocked off a lot of things on my list for this month. I just feel weird accomplishing things on my computer..you know? Like most of my meetings, transactions, and “canvassing” are done through the internet. Maybe I am yearning for that “hands on” feeling…like how I used to do whenever I am organizing some event or dinner. Being far away and planning a wedding at the other side of the world is challenging! I often second guess my decisions or put them on hold until April. It’s crazy but yeah…I can’t complain though because I am loving every minute of being busy.

Lucky for me, I have a fiance who knows what to do to keep my sanity intact. He knows exactly what to do..and that is to take me on an adventure. Our adventures are mostly for food. It also doesn’t have to be extreme, extravagant, or extraordinary.. every new thing that comes our way is an adventure for us.

DSC_1301A

So about a week before I left for the Philippines last year, A and I had the opportunity to go to Hershey Park.

DSC_1302A

It was my second time at Hershey Park,my first with A, and our first time to go to a theme park together so I was very excited that day.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Hello, sweets! 🙂 Happy Valentine’s Day <3 What a cold snowy Valentine’s day it is! It’s so funny whenever people asked me what I am doing for Valentine’s day and I would abruptly say “work” and “I don’t do Valentine’s…it’s a Dad thing for me”. Then I go on and on how my Dad never fails to buy flowers for me, most of the time with balloons, and a cute Vday card. He still does that even when I am far from home. This year, it kind of made me wonder if “Valentine’s is really not my thing”. I mean I have A now….but it feels weird you know? Because I know A and I will be working all day on Valentine’s day for the next (n) years so it never really occurred to me that my Vday is going to be extraordinary. If anything, I am just glad that I have someone to come home to and call my Valentine.

A gave Valentine’s a new meaning for me. Although we don’t get to do anything special on the day itself, we see to it that we spend time together before or after the day of hearts to celebrate our love for each other. And let’s face it, it’s also a reason for us to eat out 😉

So let me share with you some of the 3 things that made me change my mind and think about Valentine’s as a romantic day for lovers.

DSC_1254AA

1. It can be anything

A and I received a lot of presents last year. We gave each other significant gifts that can remind us of every special occasion from last year. We also have our wedding coming up in less than 3 months. Meaning, more surprises for the two of us. So for Valentine’s this year, I thought….why not keep it simple? We decided on making it fun by doing a theme, and it revolved around a book that we want to give each other (we have a never-ending list of books that we want to get so yeaaap). I find it really amusing to find things that will match the book that I got him. Instead of giving each other one big gift, we received small trinkets.

I am not a big fan of flowers (geeez how many times do I have to say this? lol) so flowers are out of the question. A week ago I already told A to not give me balloons because I’ve had enough balloons to make me happy until the end of the year from my 24th birthday and bridal shower. I guess, my point is…..it can be anything, or it could be nothing cause the best present of all is having someone to spend Valentine’s with.

DSC_1356AA

2. Valentine Date

Let’s face it, one of the joys of having a boyfriend/fiance/husband for Valentine’s day is the fact that I know I won’t be joining the “I am single for Valentine’s slash I wish I have a boyfriend” FB status club. I know in the end, whether we give each other presents or not, or if we go out or stay in, I’ll have A.

But A showed me that he is more than just a date. I am not the most romantic showy person ever! And most of the time I feel guilty for not being affectionate more. Anyway, A is more than just a date because he does not make me look forward to Valentine’s, he makes me excited about the things that are yet to happen after that. He is the perfect Valentine every day. (more…)

Daddy’s 50th

09.03.2014: Happy Birthday, Daddy!

Hello, dolls!! Happy almost weekend 😉 7 weeks — that’s what I have been telling myself all day. I need redemption, I need something that will make me feel stronger to where I am at now…something that will deviate the thought of change. As much as I want for time to freeze, I can’t wait to be home and get married to the love of my life!!! During the last week of January, I had this feeling that February is going to be a scary month to deal with – big opportunities and decisions are in order and sometimes I wish “yes” is not a factor for my family and I to be together.

DSC_0489A

The main reason why I went home in September last year was my Dad’s birthday. I’ve missed missed a good number of special moments with my family already, but I can’t go on life knowing that I missed my Dad’s birthday, so I did everything to make it happen.

DSC_0390A

We went to Spiral at Sofitel Philippine Plaza for Daddy’s birthday. It was the perfect place to celebrate is birthday, and give A the freedom to eat whatever wants. haha

His first stop? The Asian station.

Spiral is huge! I wish I was able to take more photos but A, jejekid, and I had a game plan — and that is to try everything!

Hello, 2015

Hello, dolls! 🙂 3 days has passed since we welcome the new year, how was your 2015 so far? I honestly don’t feel like it’s already 2015, maybe because I am drowning with all the responsibilities that I have to do before this month ends (God I really need to get it together) or maybe because I still can’t believe that I will get married, see my family, and turn 25 THIS YEAR! It’s crazy how life scares us with time sometimes, I feel like I can never have enough days in a year — especially starting 2012, cause since then life has been amazing and I always get this feeling that I do not want that year to end.

Anyway, I stopped doing resolutions when I turned 15, cause after 10 days I forget about all the things that I want to change about myself and end up with a piece of paper that didn’t make sense at all by June. I feel like goals work for me better cause I like to make things happen.

So now, let me officially welcome 2015 by giving you 15 of my goals this year — for my family, love, and myself.

Family

DSC_1291AA

1. Holidays

As we close out the holiday season, I am putting this one first. This is the second time that I celebrated Christmas and New Year away from my family and just like everyone else who has the same situation as mine, I do not like it —- it’s hard. So this year, my goal is to not make 2015 the third time that I will spend the holidays away from my family.

DSC_1243AA

2. Embrace them as many times as possible

Cause no matter what happens, I will always always go back home to see my family. I can’t wait to be back in Manila in April and sleep in my room, wake up and hear my Dad’s voice, try Mama’s new recipes, and be silly with my siblings. So when I come home this year, I want to be a better hugger, and hug them just like how my Dad hugs us. (more…)

24: Birthday Dinner

12.01.14: Il Mio Amore

Hello, sweets!!!! 🙂 Merry Christmas!!!!! I am a bit late but I know that the spirit of Christmas is still alive in every part of us. We are only a few days away from welcoming 2015
(whuuuuut!?!?!? already?!) and as my way of thanking you all my dear readers, I will post 2 special entries before the end of the year.

The past 2 months has been very eventful, and I can only thank the my big guy up there for all the blessings that I have received. I may be away from my family for all the joyous moments that happened in my life, but He never failed to make me feel their presence in all different ways. One of the biggest blessings that he gave me is A —- my constant source of happiness.

DSC_0232A

Since our November and December are already planned out for work and special events, we couldn’t really go somewhere out of Baltimore for my birthday. Despite of that, A still managed to make me feel like we are away by taking me to a place that he knows I love.DSC_0256AA

It was love at first sight I must say, when A took me to Charles Street for lunch. I told him that the area is unique and that it makes me feel like I am away from Baltimore.

It must be the hill like road…or the beautiful buildings and unique looking stores.

DSC_0230A

I really appreciate it when A plans our date. He is really great in choosing the perfect place to take me to.

For my birthday, he chose this 20 year old Italian Restaurant. Sotto Sopra

The Milton Inn

Hello, dolls! Hello, December!!! <3 Aaah, can you believe it?? It’s the last month of the year!!! So I had a very lovely birthday weekend, thanks to A and our families for giving me a memorable 24th birthday! 🙂 This weekend has reminded me of how blessed I am and how beautiful life is. It’s no different from how I feel everyday, but this weekend was major! I can’t stop thanking Him for everything, because I know I wouldn’t get to this point in my life without Him.

Anyway, so I still have a gazillion things to post before my awesome birthday weekend. So I will work on my throwbacks and squeeze in my birthday posts once in  a while ( I mean you know the drill, right? haha). Since I am still gushing about my birthday dinner with A, I thought of working on an entry that is quite similar to that — date night with A!

I am very fortunate that I have a man who would take me out on special dates even though we are not celebrating anything in particular.

We are celebrating life as we like to put it.

The Milton Inn is a well known restaurant here in Baltimore. It is a 274 year old fieldstone building, so imagine my face when A and I walked in. It was gorgeous and everything reminded us of BCC. From the food to the service and the decors. (more…)

06.13.2014:  Of Date Nights

Hello, sweets!!! 🙂 How’s your November so far? Can you believe we only have 2 months left until we say hello to 2015?? AAAAH! It has been an amazing busy year and I can’t wait to see what 2015 brings (crazy cause I already know it will be the best year ever!).The past week was lovely AND exhausting at the same time. A and I were able to go on our little adventures around the city, which I am very thankful for cause I do not know how I’d survive this week at work without losing my sanity if it weren’t for the beautiful 2 days that we’ve had.

A would sometimes take me out on romantic dates “to celebrate life”. Dates wherein we are not celebrating anything in particular. but life. A to me is the best date ever! He patiently waits for me to get done — I would often tell him that it would only take me an hour to get ready, the biggest lie of all! He never complained about how long it takes me to do my hair and make up, and how I try one million dresses before I find the perfect one. I love how he gives me this sweet look when I get out of the bedroom all dressed up instead of that “what took you so long slash we are late look”. He lets me order 10 dishes — no not really haha but as Chefs we can both get a little crazy when it comes to food. There would be times that I would like to try 2 appetizers and A would let me even though it means giving up his pork for my salad. He is A — he looks into my eyes and holds my hand. He never fails to make me feel like the most beautiful girl in the room (even though I always tell him, I AM NOT!).

DSC_0871A

It’s very very very rare that we both get the Friday night off, and as much as we both want to relax and prepare for work the next day, A would take advantage of our night off and make our Friday memorable.

One of our favorite restaurants here in Baltimore is Woodberry Kitchen.

We love everything about this restaurant! The rustic vibe, food, location…everything!

Spring Lunch Dates

Hello, sweets! 🙂 Hello, Autumn!!! It may not be as warm outside as spring or summer but I am happy that I can still go out and not wear layers and layers of clothing. The past 3 days has been lovely, the weather and the time that I had with A before another crazy work weekend were just some of the things that I will hold onto until our next day off. Days like this remind me of spring,, the beautiful flowers around our place, the green grass, and the joy of having sun out until 8pm. A and I does not let a week go by without trying something new — food, place, experience, anything!

Yesterday, I woke up saying “thank God it’s Monday”. A day where we only worry about where and what to eat. I cans say that we tried a lot of new things this year, different cuisines, went to places we thought we will never try,and discovered hidden gems around the area. So here are a couple of Mondays during spring, beautiful spring.

DSC_0686A

I am a FroYo addict and A knew about that even before he took me out for our  first “date”.

I won’t go into much cheesy details but for quite sometime he thought I ate FroYo for breakfast ,lunch, and dinner! Haha

DSC_0687A

I love how our apartment is so close to a lot of froyo places. I WILL NEVER GET HUNGRY! haha

New York Engagement Shoot

Hello, sweets!! 🙂 Happy hump day!!! I’ve noticed that I haven’t posted anything about my wedding and the joys of planning it since the proposal entry. I love planning events! I think if I am not a Chef right now I would be an Event planner, slaving my way to every joyous moment. I can’t believe that A and I are getting closer and closer to our BIG DAY!!!! And everyday I feel like I still have a million things to do. It’s extra challenging to plan our wedding because we are miles and miles away from the Philippines. Yes! The wedding is going to be in the Philippines, so we are going back to my home country in a couple of months and we can’t wait!! My only wish during this process is to not be a bridezilla, I do not want to put the people that I love through a frightening roller coaster ride. I want it to be memorable for all of us, that’s why I want my personal touch in everything and everyone’s opinion. So far, no one has opposed to anything yet, I don’t know if they are just being nice or what but knowing that everyone is on the same page when it comes to the wedding makes things a lot easier.

Today, I will share with you one of the most exciting happenings in my life, and probably one of the best parts of being engaged —- the engagement shoot! A lot of couples are doing it now, and since I got engaged, whenever A and I does something related to the wedding I couldn’t help but be grateful for all the fun things that we get to experience. Getting married now is now an extra memorable milestone for the couple, all the perks and celebrations are just some of the things that makes me want to not let this pre-wedding stuff to end. I also know that there are still a number of engaged couples out there who are not too thrilled about doing an engagement shoot, and it could be because of many reasons, doing an engagement shoot is not cheap, and it will take up your day just for the shoot alone —- unless you want to keep it low-key and hire a friend photographer, you’ll be fine.

Anyway, these are not the official photos from our photographer. I will be selfish for a little bit and take my time before I share them here! HAHA. And before you move on to the rest of my entry, read about my engagement here http://riannagalvez.wordpress.com/2014/07/20/yes/

My main reason why I started this blog 3 years ago is to inspire people, and though sometimes I feel like I fall short in doing that. Today, I will do my very best to tell you a few tips about having an engagement shoot 🙂

Hong Kong Diary: See you again, Hong Kong!

10:06:13: Of Traveling Together

Hello, sweets! Another week is coming to an end, Monday is fast approaching, and I can’t wait for my weekend to start!!! This year, A and I promised each other that we will make this year better than the first 2 years we’ve been together. 2012, we were too busy at work that we missed spending some celebrations together (I remember working for his birthday all night). 2013, I spent 8 months in Manila, 8 months away from him. We engaged ourselves in a long distance relationship, and happily made it through after almost 11 months. Which I am very grateful for because A did everything to make me feel like he is not too away from me. Up to the point that he traveled to Asia and spent 3 weeks with me and my family. This year, we want to make the most of our time and experience new things together before we get married.

Anyway, this is my last post about our memorable trip in Hong Kong. Writing about this makes me pumped up about writing more each week so I can start our Bangkok Diary soon! Also, it excites me for our next trip together!!!! Traveling brought A and I closer and I think it is one of the reasons why I said YES to him. We got lost together, walked for an hour, survived a place we’ve never been before, spoke to people we couldn’t understand, and learned things about each other.

Make sure you’ve read my previous posts about our Hong Kong trip before you move on!! 🙂

05.12.14: Mother’s Day x Day of A Mother

Hello, sweets! 🙂 Hello, NJ! I have an extended “weekend” this week and I couldn’t be any happier that I spent it with great friends and my family here in Baltimore. I am blogging from New Jersey again YAY! I think it’s perfect that I write something about New Jersey and how we usually spend our “weekends” here. I am blessed that A’s family never made me feel like I am an outsider, they’ve welcomed me with love and opened their 2 homes to me when A and I started dating. I still remember the first time we took a trip to New Jersey, I did not want to go back to Baltimore. Going to New Jersey is our little piece of vacation in the middle of our crazy work life.

DSC_0981A

I love how  the house in NJ makes me feel like I am not too away from home.

Anyway, I will be sharing one of the celebrations that we looked forward to this year

DSC_0180A

I enjoy baking, it’s my little break from what I normally do.I graduated with a degree in Culinary, so I have no formal training when it comes to baking though our patisserie and bread baking class helped me understand it. And at work, I am assigned on the hot station. That’s why baking excites me, especially that I am a big lover of desserts.

When I got back from my home country a couple of months ago, one of A’s surprises for me is Momofuku Milk Bar’s Cookbook! It made me so happy because now I can make some of their cookies at home.

10.05.13: 26 and happy

Hello, sweets! 🙂 Here’s the continuation of A’s amazing birthday week in Hong Kong last year (in case you haven’t read the first part yet, here it is http://riannagalvez.wordpress.com/2014/10/06/hong-kong-diary-happy-birthday-a/ ) We had so much fun lat night for A’s birthday dinner this year, I can’t wait to post tidbits about it on Instagram and hopefully share it here on my blog SOON! We are still away from reality (Baltimore) and we’ve decided to stay a little longer here cause we can’t go back to our apt. life-work cycle yet. Anywayyyy, for A’s birthday dinner last year, we did not plan anything, we just wanted to go out and have a nice dinner in a beautiful place. I am a fan of Shangri-La so I suggested that we go there, which was very last minutes — and it did not disappoint, as expected 😉

10.05.13: Good Morning, Birthday Boy 🙂

Hello, dolls! 🙂 3 years ago, October to me was just the month before my birthday, or my Mom’s birthday month, but since her birthday falls on the first week of October, I deliberately forget the month’s essence right after.. HA. Tomorrow is A’s birthday, and before I get anxious about my birthday surprise for him, I will share with you snippets from his birthday last year. I don’t know how I will be able to top his food adventure filled celebration in Hong Kong but thank heavens for giving me 3 days to give him a memorable one this year. Hint: we will be away from Baltimore again!!! (yay!)

This mall is too gorgeous for words! All the good stores (and when I say good, I mean high-end designer brands) are here…but since our Hong Kong trip was all about food, I had to stop myself from dragging A to stores that will take our time from visiting restaurants.Don’t worry, he gave me all the time in the world during our recent trip to Bangkok! 🙂

04.27.14: A Sunday Well Spent

Hello, dolls!! 🙂 Hello Baltimore! I am back!!! I am back to reality…. which came too soon for A and I cause in less than 24 hours we both went back to work and endured a day in the kitchen, on our feet! Anyway, the cold season has started to make its way back and I am not too excited about it. It seems like it was only last month when I finally enjoyed the weather here. I do not like winter, and the only good thing that makes me feel good about it is that fact that I can play with layers of clothing…other than that, NO THANKS!

DSC_0017A

Fall is fast approaching and I don’t think I am ready for it yet. I just brought back summer clothes enough to get me through the entire season from my trip in Bangkok and I can’t probably use them until April! BIG YIKES! I was so used to the climate in Manila that I forgot that here, I have to deal with 4 different seasons.

Thinking about fall almost brings me back to April, when we went to Emporiyum.

It was a pretty cold day, but not cold enough to make me wear 3 layers of clothes, but warm enough to make me take off my jacket once in a while.

Hello dolls! Hello Los Angeles!! 🙂 I can’t believe it’s only been 19 hours since the last time I hugged my family 🙁 Fast forward to 2015, please? So A and I are waiting for our next flight, which is tomorrow at 6:50AM! It’s my first time to have a looooong layover and when I say long, I mean HALF A DAY….12 HOURS!!!! At first when we booked our tickets I was pretty excited about it, cause I was thinking maybe we can do something. But unfortunately,we are here in Starbucks waiting for time to pass. There aren’t a lot of restaurants before the security line and most of them are just too…blah. We were told that In-N-Out is a 15 minute walk away from our terminal, but I had to tell A to save it for next time (and before you hate me for declining……) I am still pretty sentimental about being away from my family again, and I never thought I would cry again after going here for the third time ( I should probably get used to our airport scenes but it’s sooooo haaaard ) Going to In-N-Out will just remind me of our family burger night at home, and I think it’s a pretty good reason to pass on In-N-Out for now and put it on my list of things to do with my piggies 😉

In the perfect world, the Universe will let me hop on the next flight home. Knowing that there’s a plane leaving for MNL is torture…. Take me to Baltimore or take me home.

Hong Kong and Us

10.01.13: Hello, Hong Kong!!!!!

Hello, dolls! 🙂 It’s been a crazy-busy-AHMAHZING week again (but  believe me when I say, it’s the busiest week since I got here). So this is one is a gazillion months overdue, but you know me ,when something is extra amazing I like to keep it to myself until my desktop complains with the overflow. Anyway, this one very very VERY special because of many reasons.

It was our first time to travel overseas, it’s amazing how we were able to do a LOT of things together during our first year as a couple. We celebrated A’s birthday in Hong Kong, birthday week as they say! It was a dream come true for him, to try authentic Chinese cuisine and be at a place that he’s been dreaming of going to — the look on A’s face when I told him I have our tickets for Hong Kong was priceless. It was the perfect getaway after not seeing each other for 5 months. Aaaaaand now, it’s the best reminder of how amazing it feels to travel and be in a totally different place.

So yeaaap, I’ve decided to blog about this now cause I am tooooo excited about August and September! We will be traveling again!!! This time with my entire family!!! Yay <3

I don’t know what has gotten to me and  I brought leggings with me to the Philippines! So I just had to…. I had to wear leggings on our way to Hong Kong, it gets cold in the plane so it was the perfect excuse. Haha

04.21.2014: Will you marry me?

Hello, dolls!! 🙂 Today, I will be sharing something very special and personal. I’ve always had trouble opening up,and this blog has been my outlet for years now. I may not dig deep when I share something, but knowing that there is a place where I can pour my heart out is comforting for me. Before, this was just a place for me to vent and put my sadness into words. Now, as years went by, I’ve seen the beauty in life and I promised myself that I will try to inspire people through this blog by talking about all the amazing things that comes my way.

Who would have thought that I would be writing about something that every girl dreams of now? I must confess, I’ve always wanted to find my one true love before I turn 25. There’s something about growing old together and celebrating years and years and yeaaaars of love  with the person you love, you know? Something that made me believe in young love (without being a hopeless romantic) and taking risks. I still can’t believe that IT HAPPENED! I met the love of my life and he is beyond AMAZING! Three years ago I was hopeless and broken, and I ran away….I decided to clean my life and do something that I wouldn’t do in a million years, leave home.

I flew 8,539 miles, with half my heart left in MNL. 8,539 miles to find myself again and create a better version of me. Until someone, unexpectedly came my way.YES… the time that I wasn’t even trying to find someone and the only time that I told myself that I am not ready. It’s crazy you know? How A found me, how he saw me at my ugliest and still looked at me. How I was so broken for being away from my family, and without even trying he fixed me. And how it just all happened, without me even knowing. It’s crazy…. crazy love.DSC_1295A

…and YES.

It happened. It’s official.

GORGEOUS! A knows how to make me feel special…in every possible way.

Me: Why did you get this ring?

Him: When I saw it I just said “thats’ her”. It was the most beautiful ring in the case.

There is something about a man who knows what to give his lady without even asking her.
